Why You Should Use Affirmations
Have you ever set out to find something and then you found it?
For example, when you were a kid, did you ever play car games where you have to find a certain color car? Red Jeep! Found it!
When you set the intention to find something, you’re going to find it.
That’s how our subconscious mind works. It helps us interpret the world and find what we’re looking for.
Affirmations can help you set an intention for the day (or next year, if you keep doing them).
They shift your mindset right away and change the tone in your mind, which leads to a day of subconsciously looking for the thing you’re setting the intention for.
I love affirmations (even these positive messages in a bottle) because they help me let go of worry, anxiety, and fear.
Use these affirmations below with the best crystals for your workplace to boost your productivity and success.
As I incorporate affirmations into my daily routine, I’ve noticed that I am more positive and optimistic about the future and coming year.
I tend to find unexpected opportunities and creative solutions to problems that I previously thought were unsolvable.
By setting intentions through affirmations, I am manifesting a more positive and fulfilling life.
Let’s help you do the same!
How to Use the Following Positive New Year Affirmations
Before I share my favorite New Year affirmations with you, make sure to use them consistently to lead a better life.
You want to pick a small amount of affirmations to do each day.
Between one and five affirmations is a good start. It’s okay to use the same ones for a few days. Start by picking a few that resonate with you.
Say the affirmations in the morning, three to five times each.
As opposed to just saying the words while you’re doing other things, take two minutes to sit still. Close your eyes and really try to feel and embody the words as you say them out loud.
Saying affirmations out loud can be a little more impactful than saying them in your mind.
The Difference Between Positive Statements and Positive Affirmations
There are a few key differences between a positive statement and a positive affirmation.
A positive statement can be anything about anyone.
An example is “appreciate the good things in life.”
This is a lovely statement, but it isn’t an action statement.
A positive affirmation is a positive statement that is in the first person and present tense.
This allows your brain to process that you are a certain way. So to change the previous statement, we would say something like, “I appreciate the blessings I have in my life.”
This can help our mind to take on a more grateful approach to the day.

- I release any negative energy from the past and welcome new beginnings.
- I am ready to embrace change and growth in the coming year.
- My dreams and goals are within reach, and I will manifest them with determination.
- I am surrounded by love, positivity, and abundance in the new year.

- I am open to new opportunities and experiences that align with my purpose.

How to do New Year Affirmations Correctly?
Simply stating affirmations without proper guidance and intention may not yield the desired results.
Here are some tips on how to do New Year affirmations correctly:
- Be specific: Instead of saying “I want to be successful”, try being more specific with your affirmation. For example, “I am capable of achieving great success in my career.”
- Use present tense: Phrase your affirmations as if they are already happening in the present moment. This helps our brain believe that what we desire is already true. For instance, “I am surrounded by love and positivity.”
- Believe in your affirmations: It’s important to truly believe in the affirmations you are stating. If you have doubts or a negative mindset, it may be difficult for the affirmation to manifest.
- Visualize: As you say your affirmations, try to visualize yourself achieving what you desire. This helps create a strong emotional connection and makes the affirmation more effective.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat: Consistency is key when it comes to affirmations. Make it a daily practice to say your affirmations at least once in the morning and once at night.
- Be grateful: As you state your affirmations, add a sense of gratitude towards the things you desire. This helps shift your mindset from lack to abundance. You need to have a grateful heart.
- Take action: Affirmations alone may not bring results unless you take action towards your goals. Use them as a motivator and reminder to keep working towards what you want.
Remember, affirmations are not magic spells that will instantly make everything fall into place.
They require effort, belief, and consistency. So take some time to reflect on your desires and create empowering affirmations that align with them.
How Do You Manifest Intentions for the New Year?
As the new year begins, many of us are filled with excitement and hope for what lies ahead.
It’s a time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the future.
But how can we ensure that our intentions for the new year actually come to fruition?
First and foremost, it’s important to have a clear understanding of what you want to manifest in your life.
This could be anything from personal growth and self-improvement to career success or better relationships. Take some time to really think about what you want and write it down.
Once you have a clear idea of your intentions, it’s important to set specific and achievable goals.
Instead of saying “I want to be healthier in the new year,” try setting a goal such as “I will exercise for 30 minutes, three times a week.”
This gives you a clear action plan and makes your intentions more tangible.
Another key component to manifesting intentions is visualization as stated above.
Take some time each day to visualize yourself achieving your goals and living the life you desire. Let go of any negative thoughts.
This will help reinforce your intentions and keep you motivated.
What is the Mantra for New Year’s Manifestation?
First step is to let go of your limiting beliefs! We all have limiting beliefs but you cannot manifest with them.
The mantra for New Year’s manifestation revolves around setting intentions rather than just goals.
Intentions are powerful statements that align with your deepest desires and values. They are not just surface-level wishes, but rather a deeper understanding of what you truly want in your life.
To manifest something means to bring it into existence.
By setting intentions and manifesting them, you are actively creating the reality that you desire.
This is done through a combination of visualization, positive thinking, and taking action on your to-do lists.
Here’s a helpful manifestation workbook for you to get started.
As part of your New Year’s manifestation, get clear on what you want.
Take some time to reflect on your values, passions, and goals for the future. From there, craft a powerful intention statement that encompasses all of these elements.
Next, it is important to believe in the power of manifestation and trust that your intentions will come to fruition. This may involve letting go of limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding you back.
Remember, your thoughts and energy have a powerful effect on the world around you.
Finally, take action towards your intentions. This can include creating a vision board, practicing gratitude, or simply taking small steps every day towards your goals.
By consistently working towards your intentions, you are actively manifesting them into reality to live your best life.
